TPS Services is an independent company that offers corporate companies the ability to screen their outbound marketing lists against the Telephone Preference Service Register prior to making marketing calls. TPS Services is a trading name of I Want That Ltd.

The Telephone Preference Service is the official central opt-out register where you can record your wish not to receive unsolicited sales or marketing calls. The Telephone Preference Service is enforced by law, under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and is regulated by the ICO. It is a free service and it is a legal requirement that companies do not make unsolicited sales and marketing calls to numbers registered with the Telephone Preference Service.

Please be aware that registration on the TPS is free, but it does take up to 28 days for your registration to become effective so you will continue to receive calls during this time. The period of 28 days is to allow companies time to update their connections to the TPS screening facilities they have in place with their various suppliers.
