If you were trying to upload an Excel file, try reopening your file in Excel and re-saving it out. Once you have done this, retry screening your file. Sometimes, Excel files fail to save properly and in many cases this will resolve the issue. If that does not work, pop on to live chat or call support on 0343 005 9302.
